At Kaitlin Rose Design s+ Photography, we reserve the right to refuse service to any client or individual at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving inappropriate behavior, disrespectful conduct, or failure to comply with our terms and policies. We strive to maintain a positive and professional environment for all clients and team members, and as such, we will not tolerate any actions that may disrupt the experience or compromise the quality of our services. Clients are encouraged to communicate respectfully and adhere to the outlined agreements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable partnership.


We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination or harassment.

Replacement items for damage in shipping or misidentified images will be honored within a 14-day return policy. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or other error, Kaitlin Rose Designs + Photography shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price.

 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your submission of an order & /or receipt of an order confirmation, automated or otherwise, does not signify our acceptance of such order. Kaitlin Rose Designs + Photography reserves the right to cancel any order that we deem necessary, at our sole discretion, regardless of the order status or whether you have received confirmation of the order. We reserve the right to request additional information from you before accepting or processing any order.

 

RETURN POLICY

Unless otherwise noted, because of the custom nature of the transaction, & the prevalence of illegal reproduction facilities, products sold by Kaitlin Rose Designs + Photography on krdp.mypixieset.com & krdp.pixieset.com are non-refundable. Replacement items for damage in shipping or misidentified images will be honored within a 14-day return for replacement period. Unless otherwise noted all returns for replacement must follow the conditions below:

 

·        All products must be returned complete.

·        Kaitlin Rose Designs + Photography will not accept items that have been intentionally physically damaged or abused.

·        All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

·        All related fees (shipping &  return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.

·        Please allow 2-3 weeks for all replacement orders.

·        Claim for missing products must be reported within 10 days from the date item is shipped

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Kaitlin Rose Designs + Photography is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. Your order goes to a printing lab, once your order has been received by the lab they will process & then ship directly to you, you will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

 

SALES POLICY AGREEMENT

By placing an order at krdp.mypixieset.com & krdp.pixieset.com, a customer has agreed to the terms & conditions of the sale as indicated on this website. By placing an order at krdp.mypixieset.com, a customer has agreed to the total amount of the sale, & authorized Kaitlin Rose Designs + Photography to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. Kaitlin Rose Designs + Photography reserves the right to make changes to this site & these terms & conditions at any time. ** NOTE: Kaitlin Rose Designs + Photography attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content & pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event, a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Kaitlin Rose Designs + Photography shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The financial information (credit card number, expiration date, billing address, etc.) that we collect from you is used for billing purposes only.

In order to serve you best, transactions are held by a reputable third-party payment method (PayPal). Once the payment has been authorized, we begin processing your order.

We also work with third parties that perform various vital functions on our behalf, i.e. printing labs. Such functions include shipping & delivering of packages, fulfilling orders, etc. These third parties will have access to personal information as required for them to carry out these functions on our behalf. They are also under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

Kaitlin Rose Designs + Photography may occasionally notify you via email about important functionality changes to our web site. At the bottom of every such email are directions on how to take your email address off our list.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will be accepted up to 1 day before the scheduled photo session. Later than 1 day will be on a case-by-case basis. After cancellation, the booking fee/security deposit will NOT be refunded. KRD+P clearly states this on the "Services & FAQ's" page of the website at krdp.mypixieset.com. The 2nd portion of the session fee may be refunded at photographers digression. The cancellation policy is also stated on the booking website. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be given at photographers digression. The booking fee/security deposit will NOT be refunded, as clearly stated on the "Services & FAQ's" page of the website that resides at krdp.mypixieset.com. The 2nd portion of the session fee may be refunded upon approved request. The booking fee/security deposit secure your sessions date & time. If needed this security deposit can rollover to a new date & time, if reschedule is needed. Reschedules have to be approved with KRD+P prior. All images are property of Kaitlin Rose Designs + Photography & are copyrighted by law. None of them can be copied, used or published for commercial purposes without Kaitlin Rose Designs + Photography’s clear permission to do so.
